If you pay council tax by direct debit, any refunds due will be returned to the same bank account from which the payments were made. We aim to process these refunds within 14 days of the account going into credit. Refunds are issued weekly and should appear in your account on a Thursday. 

If you have not paid by direct debit, we will contact you to request your bank details to refund the money to you.
