Personal licences

Anyone who wants to supervise the sale or supply of alcohol must be licensed.

A personal licence holder may be eligible to be named as the designated premises supervisor on a premises licence. A premises licence is required for all premises involved in licensable activities.

Anyone who wants to apply for a personal licence must apply to the local council where they live. If you live outside the borough of Rugby you will need to apply to your local council.

Personal licence holders may use their licence throughout the UK and not restricted to any one premises.
