Notice of application for a premises licence

Sainsbury's Supermarket Limited applied to Rugby Borough Council on 1 November 2024 for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to Sainsbury's, Unit 4, Technology Retail Park, Technology Drive, Rugby, CV21 1GN.

The application requests the following licensable activity:

  • the supply of alcohol (off premises) from 6am to 12 midnight, Monday to Sunday 
  • late night refreshment from 11pm to 12 midnight, Monday to Sunday
