Caldecott Park is an attractive town-centre park offering a wide range of recreational facilities. It is well known for its award-winning floral displays.
The park contains two new play areas, a multi use sports area and a cafe.
Caldecott Park is situated in the heart of Rugby town centre.
The nearest car park is Newbold Road car park.
There are bike racks in front of the Town Hall, next to Caldecott Park.
The aim of the activity packs is to encourage younger people to gain an appreciation of the countryside around them.
Our parks throughout Rugby provide a learning opportunity that promotes key skills but at the same time allows children to gain an understanding of aspects of nature such as trees, living organisms and plants.
We have activity packs aimed at teachers and school groups in key stages 1 and 2, but with interesting work sheets for everyone to enjoy, as well as a bug hunt and tree trail pack.
