Free exercise sessions to support Dementia Awareness Week
FREE exercise sessions for residents with dementia take place at the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Centre next week.

The sessions on Tuesday 20 May have been organised to support Dementia Awareness Week.
A seated exercise class takes place from 2pm to 3pm, followed by a healthy walk from 3.30pm to 4.30pm.
Both sessions have been tailored for residents with dementia and their carers, with no need to book in advance.
